I saw this cute Brown Bear, Brown Bear activity and decided to give it a try since this is one of my son’s favorite books. Here is how to make it, including a free printable!
I started by making the Brown Bear, Brown Bear activity sheets, but click on the link below to print the sheets I created.
I printed and laminated my sheets at Office Depot, but you could go to any office supply store (I also picked up the velcro that I used). Next, I cut the sheets to make the “book” pages. I cut out the smaller shapes as well, and rounded the edges of the pages. I used velcro circles to stick the smaller shapes to the pages.
I punched a hole in the top left corner of each page. Next, I attached a note card ring holder to connect all the pages.
Then it was complete! So cute! I added this “book” to my son’s activity bags. To do the activity your child can match the item with the page of the book, so when it says “I see a red bird looking at me” your child will look for the red bird before you turn to the next page. My son loved picking out the animals and it is a great activity because he is learning his colors.
So much fun! We played with it on our recent plane trip and it worked perfectly.
Hope you have fun playing!
